I’m Charley Lacey, a third-year Honors student at the University of Georgia pursuing a degree in journalism with a minor in general business and a certificate in sports media.

As a student in the Carmical Sports Media Institute, I’ve developed hands-on experience in broadcasting, reporting and storytelling. Through SportSource, I’ve taken on a range of roles including host, producer, analyst and reporter, building a versatile skill set across all aspects of sports media.

Beyond the classroom, I serve as president of Kappa Delta Sorority and work as a fan engagement volunteer with Georgia Bulldogs Sports Marketing. I also intern in community outreach with The Fight Against Suicide and will be joining CSE Sports Agency as an intern this summer.
